BIZTRAV ORGANIZATION: KEY PERSONNEL Dr. Preeda Limchanapa,Ph.D. CEO He was Biztrav's founder who had a vast experience in service business. He graduated from Golden Gate University in US. While he was studying, he
helps in his father's hotel where he gained the experience of seminar arrangement from 100 person capacity conference room in the hotel. Before starting his own business he had worked as a Public Relations Manager
in Tourism Authority of Thailand. Then he had been with Diethelm Trading Company for 10 years and later moved to Diethelm Travel, Thailand, which is an inbound tour operator, since 1984.
Ms. Suradsada Santhadkan, Vice President
Seminar Arrangements She was a graduate of Chulalongkorn University in Thailand who worked in the hotel of Preeda's father in the department of Customer Service, Meetings & Conferences for 20
years. Her key responsibility in Biztrav is coordinating with the customers and suppliers (i.e. hotels that provide conferencing services) for arrangement of conferences and seminars for business in the cities of
their choice.
Ms. Kanokporn Maneeruttanaporn,Vice President
Entertainment Package She was a Managing
Director of Diethelm Travel, Cambodia before she joined the company. She herself is an enthusiast in travelling around the world to enjoy the wonders the world has to offer. Her responsibility very similar
to the task of a tour operator where they take care of the clients in terms of providing accommodation, recreation, transportation and other customer services.

Product Innovation & Development As an Oxford University graduate, Mr. Song has handled many business development projects in Anderson Consulting firm.
His responsibilities in Biztrav are to create and customize new entertainment packages that are attractive to its clients.
Mr. Suwit Ongsurakul, Vice President
Marketing & Customer Service Mr Suwit has been working in the service marketing field for all his career path. This
ranges from marketing of express delivery service to the marketing of banking services, insurance, and so on. He is also the co-founder of Biztrav. Ms. Chomplearn Tanatammatorn,Vice President
Finance & Accounting Ms. Chomplearn received her CPA from London and has about 17 years experience in the finance and accounting work. Even now she still
enjoy working as a freelance independent auditor for Price Waterhouse Accounting firm.
Ms. Kay Thwe Htwe, Vice President
Supplier Chain As the nature of the business demands close coordination with suppliers (like hotels, sports clubs, transportation companies, etc.), the
relationship and acquisition of satisfactory services from them is very important for our company to provide quality service and attain customer satisfaction. Her long experience in TAT provide her with the
necessary contact required for performing this job.
Ms. Lwin Maw Soe, Vice President
Administration She received her MBA from AIT. During her career of diverse administrative experiences she has ever worked as the General Manager of the
Asia Tour company for 5 years. Her main responsibilities are administering and solving the problems that arises in the day to day operation of the business.
