Question 1: How much do I save if I buy Biztrav packages ?
Answer : It depends on each package. Generally, you can save upto 10-20% more compare to what you have to pay if you contact by yourself. You can save contact cost and time because you can log on and get complete information about our packages. Moreover, the package price includes the transportation and company's representative who wil accompnay you and give advice throughout your business trip. Furthermore, to assure your safety, we provide insurance coverage in each of our ppackage.

Question 2: Any previlege I can get from frequent buyer club?
Answer : Within one year all amount of Baht you spent in our package will be accumulated. And each range will get different discount for your next package as shown in the table below.

Question 3: What benefits we can get from buying your seminar package rather than contacting the conference place ourselves?
Answer: We have professional seminar arranger who manage each package with combination of exclusive senimar places and entertainment schedules. Therefore, you do not have to worry. Question 4: What should I do if I want to change or cancel the reserved package?
Answer : You have to inform us 10 days in advance. Otherwise, your cash deposit can not be refundable.

Question 5: Can we bring our family with us?
Answer: Of course, the price for each package is quoted per head. Children under 15 year old will get half-price.

Question 6: What kind of credit cards are accepted?
Answer : We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Dinner Club, American Express with 5% charge.

Question 7: Are the package on the site occassionally changed?
Answer : Yes, we will include new package quaterly. After getting filled evaluate form from you, we will adjust the combination of each package and also add new package.
